Ze Economix Papier yesterday is FINALLY OVER.
As I heave a huge sigh of relief, I discard the fact that the professor looked at me disapprovingly as I left the exam hall an hour early. And I went to check out the Gym. LOL.
Over the weekend was pretty much a-baking-frenzy coupled with Party People(s) and procrastinated lecture notes to study. Twenty-firsts are the most headache-ish of all birthdays because it’s a chore just to think of the guest list, let alone the location, the budget and endless possibilities.
Nonetheless, I had fun @ Weewee’s Birthday because I met Temasekians and at LEAST I didn’t feel out of place. I’m afraid I didn’t capture a picture of her very cute grandpapa who kept cleaning and cleaning the area. In words, he looked a lot like Lao Tzu, the dude with the long white eyebrows, beard, walking stick, peaches, and young boys in pigtails to boot. But we all know words are never enough.
On Sunday, I cancelled a morning jog/ breakfast thingum because I was too tired from baking and the party the day before! I AM SO SORRY.
Being the Economix Student forever learning about opportunity costs, I ought to know myself that I really should be studying the moment I awake, right? I got a call from Tjoa to go to KAP for a birthday party.
Of course I would! I live so near, AND I HAVE GOT AN EXCUSE TO BAKE! TADAH! Whipped up Molten Chocolate Cupcake creamed with Butterscotch Sourcream goodness, and topped with a full Walnut! I was thrilled. Then because of F1 ROCK everyone proceeded to my place to catch it (in time).
Now seriously it was the first time I actually bothered about F1, as much as I love cars, I’m never the 2fast2furious sort. BIG CARS FOR MOI. It was pretty interesting, with Tjoa explaining to me whichever belonged to what, and it piqued a bit of interest in me.
Rounding off the weekend, I then went on to meet a particular Emo-slitwrist-hou-MAN friend (who just laughs at people’s names) for Supper @ EAT.
& I caught Fame! It is <3 in the Movies.
