Apologies for the lack of updates, but I’ve been tied down with assignments after tutorials after work. I’m sleeping in for lecture(s) tomorrow, because I REALLY AM EXHAUSTED!
I had great 126 DimSum @ Geylang on Monday but I’m sorry I forgot to take pictures.
This week I made the funny Mocha Victoria Sponge with Buttercream for Adriel/ Cheryl’s birthday. A tad too sugary and creamy for their liking. Well, feedback accepted. Think me and victoria Spongecakes are not friends.
I also tried my hand at Apple Sauce Cookies which were a delight to have with my mom over a cuppa tea and chitchat.
Andrew Jacob came to help with TLC, frying the beef that I had marinated whilst watching Nigella Bites last night. My family really enjoyed the beef. I hate to admit but I HATE BEEF!
Today I had a great day. In some ways,because, tutorial was “barter trade” and also because I finally handed in that stupid Money Banker Wanker. I also had a great day because Lamb The Shank was… HUNGOVER in class! Now seriously, LAMB!? HAHHA such a loser really, but you know I lurve you anyway.
Also, I was @ Magic Pantry whilst waiting for Jacob to take his own sweet time to Diva his way to meet me, and I made new friends! Two professional bakers who were giving me advice about small nitty gritty details which I really needed to heed. I appreciate.
